Disability Admin Case Manager RN Occupational Health Full-Time, 8:00am – 4:30pm

As the Case Manager for Disability Administration, you will be responsible for the daily medical case management functions of Baptist Health South Florida’s (BHSF): Return to Work, Disability Administration and ADA programs. You will assist in coordinating and facilitating the employee’s return to temporary or alternate work for employees with non-occupational and occupational injuries or illnesses. The individual will also function as the liaison and collaborate with employees, health care providers, Leave/Disability providers/vendors and key internal personnel to effectively manage cases.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience required and 2 years experience in Disability/Workers’ Compensation case management preferred.
Professional Case Management certification preferred (CCM, CRRN, CPDM, CDMS).
