Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program required; BSN preferred.
Four years related experience, ICD-9, CPT and HCPCS knowledge preferred.
Active State of Florida Registered Nurse required.
Performs clinical compliance auditing and analysis of documentation of medical records in various settings (hospital, home health, physician practice) to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations (Medicare and Medicaid). Validates clinical data used to support medical necessity of billed services.
