The Director of Behavioral Health Services works directly with the Chief Medical Officer to integrate physical and mental health services within and across clinical sites. The Director of Behavioral Health Services supervises the Behavioral Health staff and is responsible for the daily administrative requirements of the department. The Director of Behavioral Health Services is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provides care to patients. He/She is responsible for completing biopsychosocial assessments and coordinating the level of care for patients seen at the health center.

Provide assessment and diagnosis.
Provide mental health counseling.
Supervise key social service and professional mental health staff.
Review and analyze Behavioral Health Dashboard reports and Care Utilization reports for the BHS department.
Perform liaison functions with collaborating health and mental health professionals to achieve full service integration.
Coordinate and supervise integration of health and mental health professional student education as needed.
Represent Camillus Health Concern on assigned committees and projects.
Collaborate in updating of behavioral health policies and procedures.
Coordinate continuing education programs and activities.
Perform any other department or agency related duties or special projects as directed by the Chief Medical Officer.
Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the State if Florida.
Knowledge of and experience with public health issues.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, Creole a plus
Ability to work in a highly diversified environment.
Maintains active valid licensure and credentials. Excellent organizational and documentation skills
